A special meeting was convened at the courtyard of Sera Mey Monastery at Bylakuppe, Tibetan Colony, Karnataka on December 21, 2017 under the chair of HH The 104 Tri Rinpoche, Shartse Choeje and Jangtse Choeje Rinpoche.
The meeting was honored by Most Ven Samdhong Rinpoche.
